GDP Interior Design were initially called in to discuss the feasibility of a high spec kitchen design and quote provided by another party. Our advice was to put more effort into the flow of the house in general and make the kitchen fit into the residual budget.
What evolved is a much brighter and more open family home, with better flow into the outdoor areas than before. The renovation went on to add a laundry (previously there was none) and renovate the bathroom.
Once again, GDP Interior Design provided full drawings and specification for the client to tender out to local builders. The overall project scope expanded to transform the house in to a forever home, as opposed to a compromised design with a great kitchen! It added longevity and lasting value to the property.
