This lovely family wanted to renovate their house in time for their newborn son. The previous layout didn't afford them any flexibility in the most hardworking rooms; kitchen, laundry and bath.

Given the restrictive size, each area was meticulously planned to give maximum storage whilst maintaining flow and an uplifting feel. Skylights were key, as were light, warm tones and very specific fitting selection. Windows were moved and replaced to maximise room function.

The result is welcoming, modern and fresh, with many tactile surfaces.
